We have successfully held the Investors In People award for 10 years (1994-2003), which is a sign of high standards and exceptional customer care. A MAJOR REFURBISHMENT of the hotel was COMPLETED December 2003, involving the bar, restaurant and bedrooms. This has been designed with guest comfort in mind, with new bed covers and linen as well as carpets and curtains. You will find easy access to major routes and in minutes you can be in various towns in the north. Required extra bedding is free in rooms shared by up to two children 14 or under and two parents/grandparents. Sofabeds and rollaway beds are only large enough to accommodate children 14 and under.
