The Best Western Gustaf Froding Hotel and Conference is a business and conference hotel named after one of Swedens dearest poets Gustaf Froding. The hotel is managed by a private owner and the most significant part of our hotel is the personal service and comfortable environment. The hotel has 160 comfortable single and twin rooms and one suite a total of 300 beds. All rooms are non-smoking rooms equipped with bathroom television radio wireless high speed internet and telephone. We can also offer handicap equipped rooms and rooms for pet. Our relax department contains an outdoor Jacuzzi sauna sun bed massage chair and a small gym. In the summertime take a swim in our heated outdoor swimming pool (May-August). In our restaurant Emilia our guests can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet in the mornings lunch buffet in the afternoon a la carte and dinner buffet in the evenings. The hotel is situated along Highway E18 five minutes from the centre of Karlstad. Taxi and local buses are able to take you to downtown Karlstad quickly.
