In its early years the hotel was the preferred meeting place for wealthy wool merchants, politicians, authors and impresarios. It remains popular with stars of the stage today. The Victoria Hotel has a unique position as it is the only hotel situated in the city centre of Bradford, located on the edge of the West Yorkshire Pennines.
