Pelican Beach Villas, a licenced hotel, consists of 6 beachfront cottages, facing on the Sea of Abaco, 1.5 miles (3 kilometres) from the village of Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas. There is a private dock, beach, and snorkeling reef. Guests are able to dock their rental boats right at the cottages. Other amenities include picnic tables, full kitchen, air conditioning, television, and telephone. On-site housekeeping enables the Pelican Beach Villas to offer both the conveniences of a hotel and the advantages of a private vacation home.

 Beachfront 2 Bedroom Villa
Each villa contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, and full kitchen. The bedding is one bedroom with 1 queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The furnishings in the living room are tropical rattan style. There is a television and telephone in each villa. All villas are air conditioned.

 Beachfront 3 Bedroom Villa
The Great Cistern Clubhouse is a special treat! It is the Villa owner's private residence, and it is located 5 miles (8 km.) from the main property of Pelican Beach Villas in the Great Cistern subdivision, formerly the Kellogg estate. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1800 sq.ft. home situated on 1.25 acres of land in a banana grove. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed, and there are also 2 queen-size sleeper sofas in the living room. Satellite television, stereo with CD player, and VHF radio (no telephones in this private part of the island!). A car is supplied with the Great Cistern Clubhouse at no charge, and guests are entitled to use the beach and dock at Pelican Beach Villas. There is also a small dock at the Great Cistern Clubhouse. Note: There is no beach at the Great Cistern Clubhouse as it has a rocky shoreline, but there is excellent swimming in the shallow sandy-bottomed cove which lies adjacent to the Clubhouse. There is waterfront on two sides of the property. This is an excellent site for maximum privacy.  Waterview 1 Bedroom Unit
This is an economical single bedroom with shower. There is no kitchen or living room. It is clean and comfortable, but it is simply a mini-efficiency unit ideal for a budget traveler. There is a television and telephone in the unit.There is also a microwave oven, sink, and small refrigerator. Guests enjoy the same outside onsite amenities as the other Villa guests.
