Dating back to the 16th century, the Bierwirt is an authentic Tirolean inn which was completely renovated in 1995. The hotel is situated at the foot of the romantic Ambras Castle near the Innsbruck Ost motorway exit. Nearby you find the biggest shopping mall in the western Austria. You can reach the center of Innsbruck with its world-famous sights in just a few minutes by using public means of transport (there is a stop right in front of the hotel). Our restaurant takes pride in offering an excellent menu of traditional Tirolean and Austrian dishes which you can enjoy in our quaint, rustic lounge or the elegant dining hall accommodating up to 250 guests. The Bierwirt has been in our family for many generations, under the personal supervision of the proprietors Isabella and Hannes Happ, it caters for all those who appreciate a cozy and informal atmosphere combined with Tirolean traditions.
